Nonhle has a BTECH: Business Management from UNISA. She has worked for various corporates and government owned institutions. Her passion is in human resources where she boasts of over 15 years’ experience. Over the years, she acquired vast knowledge in compensation management inter alia payroll. Through managing Ngobese and Associates, her business wits and entrepreneurial acumen has soared. She is a managing member at Ngobese and Associates subsidiary, Sihayo Consultancy cc which caters categorically for Human Resources and Payroll services. Her involvement in the business is to drive tactical and operational plans, from compliance matters to client satisfaction.
